Our Homeland Security Department has issued a new and improved bird flu color coded warning system.
Just as the old terror warning system, it is color coded and it will tell you what to do in case of an emergency.
This is our present terror color coded warning system.
Now this is our new bird flu color coded warning system:
Red: Severe Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
Orange: High Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
Yellow: Significant Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
Blue: General Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
Green: Low Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
White: Absolutely No Risk of Bird Flu Epidemic
If you see the bird wagging the wings, then it is somewhere between Red and Orange
If you see the bird pooping in the branch, then it is somewhere between yellow and green
If you see the the patriotic bird with the flag, then it is somewhere between white and nothing
If this is the case, that means that the USofA won the war against the Bird Flu threat. Donations to the Republican Party, Scooter Libby’s Legal defense team, Representative Delay’s Legal Defense Team, and Majority Leader Bill Frist’s Legal defense team are in order.
