kind of like high school where you scream and hug your friends like you haven’t seen them in years, but really it was just 1/2 an hour ago that you left them at the other end of the mall?
I still hug freinds even now. I am a touchy feely type person and believe in lots of hugs and smiles.

I never loved him and I can’t leave him since I never was with him in the first place.

I am FOND of Sniff. So fond that I know it is in his best interest not to become involved with me. He may not like it now but he will be happier if he stays home with you and Jim and enjoys his woods. Really. I’m doing this ALL for him.

Not sure I follow you. In M&A you WANT to merge or acquire (or be acquired). You’re always trying to close the deal; not brush people off.
Although . . . once you close your slimeball client decides that you’re his reward for getting the deal done. That’s where the brushoff comes in.

You know, that would make a lot of sense. 🙂 And say, how’d you get that nifty icon up there? Just paste the html code in the sig line thingy on the um settings thing. Could I do something like that? Flickr has squares 75×75. What size is yours?
To put an image in there, you just use the same img tag that you do to post an image in a comment.
My image is 50×50 so 75×75 might be a bit big.

on that photo — the trees hid the suburban sprawl that’s slowly making its way up the slopes of the range in assorted places. Still quite a bit of open space, mostly used by ranchers who turn their cows out to graze when the weather’s good…

Thank you, but all I do is hit recent comments all the time and scan up and down the page. When it gets to having 2 or 3 convervations going at once, I’m at a total loss.

Just because I keep scanning the page to see what’s new. It gets really difficult when the cafe get to big. And I have to keep re-scanning my ratings because sometimes I get going so fast that I will hit 3 and not realize it. So I go back and hit 4.

Folks, please allow me to share an image of my joy, taken on yesterday’s 4 mile store-hike:
A brief ray of sunlight on our ‘Mad River’ (translated from the native name). Just a few days ago, it was almost entirely layered in inches of ice.
This is definitely a typical image of late April, not mid-March! All the same, it’s lovely to me.
Today I actually walked barefoot over brown grass. Unreal!

This is so lovely ww… I grew up in the country — we lived on the edge of a forest on 10 acres. Now, I’m in subdivision-land in ottawa. I love seeing your photos, and Andi’s as well. They remind me of home!

I slept from 5 AM to about 8:30 AM. Even in my wild youth that wouldn’t have been enough sleep.
You mean you never stayed out all night changed clothes and went to work?
I did a variation of that. I stayed up all night, changed clothes because they had breastmilk and baby spit-up on them, and then started the whole thing over again. That is wild youth when you have 4 kids before 30.
So you have experience in staying up. Just think of those wild night again. 😉
That is why I have dogs instead of kids…. and being gay sort of helped also. LOL
yes, birth control was so much easier for you.

Not anymore. LOL I had a job where I had to be there at 5:30 am and it was nothing to have a date drop me off at the door take a shower in the employee locker room and put on my unifrom and wait tables for breakfast and lunch on no sleep at all. LOL

I took several pictures of the southern Diablo Range (south of Mt. Hamilton), then used the Photomerge Panorama feature on Photoshop Elements. I wanted to see how it would work because it’s probably going to come in very handy on our trip this summer.
