I wrote a diary about the environment, so I’ve been thinking about that, for the most part. At work, CNBC is covering the violence so much that I don’t feel like getting more of a fill once I’m home.
Aside from that, my legs are aching and my desktop is deader than a doornail.

BubbleBoy is sinking in the polls as he demonstates beyond any shadow of a doubt that he is unfit to lead.
Of course this kind of pisses me off off but as this applies to all of us bloggers I figure we’ll jes vote ourselves a big, fat tax increase and do some o’ dat: ‘income redistribution’ that the oligarchy fears so much.

I remember going into a record store (Tower Records in Georgetown) in D.C. in about 1979 with my girlfriend at the time. A clerk asked me what I wanted, and I said, “I want “Sex & Drugs & Rock and Roll”! I’ll never forget the look of horror on my girlfriend’s face. He he. (She was in favor of all three, of course, just not in public.)

I’ve asked Booman to delete my diaries since I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. supersoling+technology = electrical fire ;o) And I’ve asked him to remove my blog from his blogroll. For anyone who might have any interest in any comments they may have left in any of my diaries, I’ve saved them and can email them to anyone who wishes me to. I’ve also asked Booman to let me remain registered because I intend, or hope to read here in the future, so if he agrees to that my email address will remain on my info page for any who would be interested in contacting me. I’ve enjoyed my time here greatly and found common cause with so many of you. Those causes remain the same for the most part and I assure you that I’m not laying down the baseball bat of truth as I see it. Just moving on is all.

Dear Michael – Every morning I check to see what you’re up to. This is a terrible shock to me. Nothing is worse than watching a loved one depart. You have been so generous to me and helped make this place a home for so many people, I cannot imagine it without you.
Somehow I’ve survived the departure of Suskind, Ghostdancers Way, Infidelpig and more. Sometimes they reappear and it’s wonderful to see them again. We are all family.
I know that this means you will be busy doing something like living a life, and it will be good for you. Just please come around and say hello sometimes. Remember that you are loved and always welcome. All the best –

I am quite overcome with the glamor of it all, I have arrived! I am a PUNDIT!
I will be purchasing new sunglasses in accordance with my upgraded status as an Online Personality.
Maybe I will get a lapdog, too. Something with long, high-maintenance fur and an annoying bark…
make sure they are wrap around shades.
Also, the fur thing is a poor choice. This is how it’s done.
Now you’re head will become too big to fit throught the doorway. But at least I can say that I knew him way back when.
Oh dear, so many questions….where to begin?
Are we now expected to bow before you and kiss your ring? (Or, perhaps I was supposed to be doing that all along…)

Now that I’ve hooked you in with this new ghostwriter, you’ll NEVER have to write an original word again, Ductape. It’s all copy-and-paste, change a dozen or so words (easy enough to do with find/replace in MS Word), and you’re good to go!
I’m feeling greateful to Microsoft for taking some intiative for corporate responsibility.
I’m also glad to finally have a book I’ve published back from the printer, an excellent collection of progressive poetry by a great poet and activist.
And then there’s the heat . . .

Who knows what the going price is for US evacuation services from a location that is being methodically destroyed as the result of what appears to be the sites location in a continuing war zone?
