You’re very welcome. And thank you for letting me know that you enjoy them — I love the sharing how lucky I am to live with such beauty literally right outside my door.
Hi b2!
The movees were actually my ex and the asklets, and they are moving close 🙂
Less than 10 min. walk away and no longer both Hudson and East Rivers between us.
I was originally going to make because people who are fighting losing battles with plumbing deserve sympathy and lots and lots of very absorbent towels.
the towel is useful as all of my inventory is currently being washed (again) after the adventure from last night. Everything seems to be fixed now, and the maintenance guy apologized for being nasty on the phone the second he arrived at my place, so all is well.
The rain seems to have cleared out at home. The forecast for the rest of the week is pretty good — there’s even the promise of the first rain-free weekend in weeks.
We’ve had a beautiful spring so far…largely sunny and not too hot yet, and enough rain to almost wipe out the drought. We had a great big windy, thundery storm yesterday, which is my favorite kind of weather 🙂 and it’s crystal clear and sunny right now. Probably heading to the beach this weekend…
is it soggy where you are?
Extremely so, as evidenced by Andi’s enchanted rain forest photos appearing regularly in the cafe/lounge (we’re practically neighbors).
Nope – got the Depends and the bottoms here are all dry..
Okay I lied about the bright.
Just a quick “have a good day” to everyone before I head to the airport. Ta.
Oh … and yes, it’s soggy here.

Hope you have a good flight!
Andi, your photographs are spectacular. Thanks for sharing them.

May your time in the BCROD be short.
Thanks ID. Fortunately, this trip is to the home office so it’s mostly one-on-one and hallway discussions so I’m relatively BCROD free.

it posted it twice.
Real life has been a bit busy, but I promise to dog blog this Thursday.
… even if I’m not there.
Howdy all.

It’s the spring of the eternal sog here this year…I don’t think I can take much more rain.
How’s the home office visit going?
Just fine; today though I’m much more awake than yesterday so I might actually notice what is going on around me. 🙂
And speaking of noticing … I guess I should notice the time and get going.
Ta.
Good morning, Andi and CG!
Ugh. I’m still sore all over from this weekend’s move.
Good morning ask. Did you move far?
Hi b2!
The movees were actually my ex and the asklets, and they are moving close 🙂
Less than 10 min. walk away and no longer both Hudson and East Rivers between us.
That will be so convenient – worth the sore muscles, I’m sure. 🙂
Sure is!
Heading over there now to move some furniture around.

The repair man, who was rude on the phone, has been called. Double ugh…
I was originally going to make because people who are fighting losing battles with plumbing deserve sympathy and lots and lots of very absorbent towels.
Sorry Manny. Have a towel.

I iz not a plumber
Ouch! Hope you were able to even the score during the night.

Good morning, Andi!
Hurray for HD and returning home.
Is the rain over?
The rain seems to have cleared out at home. The forecast for the rest of the week is pretty good — there’s even the promise of the first rain-free weekend in weeks.
Woo-hoo! Yay for going home. I hope you have a mellow flight home.
Is it raining where you are? It’s still raining here. I’m about to give up on it ever drying out.
No rain here, just kind of chilly. There is some forecast for tonight but I’ll be out of here (I hope) by then.
It’s been chilly here too. And now I see a little bit of blue sky peeking out, so maybe we’ll get a break from the rain today.
At least everything is growing nicely. I think our farm share starts this week…my grocery budget is looking forward to that. 🙂
Good morning!
It’s clearing up here as well, a hint of sun now.
Sunny now but rain will come later. 🙁
It seems like I just went to bed … oh yeah, that’s right, I did.
Howdy all.
Sorry to hear that!
Late flight home?
Ah well, at least I’m home. I should try to remember what I feel like the next day every time I decide to take a late flight.
Ah well, at least I’m home.
And you get a walk in the forest with the pack this morning.
Yep and that’s exactly what I’m just about to do.
Hope you have a fine day today.
Ta.
More rain today. Ugh. If April showers bring May flowers, what do May showers bring?
Mosquitoes.
Thanks for reminding me.
June brides.
< slaps forehead > You’re right.
Happy long weekend.

That is gorgeous, and needs to be up top in a new cafe.
Back in a minute…
