Why doesn’t Ben Nelson just come out and say that he hates Democrats and cannot remember why he is one?

Wasn’t “our party”. It was Nebraska voters, including Nebraska Democrats.

I emailed that link earlier to a college buddy that works for Nelson and he did not respond to me. I usually run into Nelson around the holidays on the direct flight from DC to Omaha. My flight last year was a Ben Nelson/Steve King special. Maybe your question is what I will ask him, “Why the F are you a Democrat?”

You do know that Nelson and Baucus became Democrats for the same reason .. basically .. right? … and both have admitted to it
