There are probably some reasons to hate UPS, but I’d definitely recommend using them over FedEx.

Unions = lazy worthless thuggish workers = creeping socialism = bad = tyranny. CEO’s being paid billions in bonuses after government bailouts = hardworking captains of industry = capitalism = good = FREEDUMS!
Thus endeth the lesson.
Hard to top StevenD.
Our UPS guys are always friendly, carry dog cookies, let Satchmo up into the truck to self serve (who’s gonna say no to him?) and have the smarts to work with the weather when it gets foul. Their tracking system is great.
FedX, not so much.
I stopped once to help a woman whose motorcycle had broken down. It was after dark in a commercial area and I waited with her while her friend with a truck came to pick her up. When he arrived, it was clear that even with three of use we were struggling to get the bike in the bed of the pickup. A UPS driver stopped his van and helped up get the motorcycle loaded.
I’ve always like UPS.
just goes to show that owning your own senator isn’t all that expensive, from a corporate pov……………that or corker’s just whoring on the cheap.
I can’t think of any reason to hate UPS. They’ve always met or exceeded my expectations.
FedEx always has as well, as far as their express (air) shipments go. When they acquired RPS and turned it into FedEx Ground it was messy for a while but it’s gotten better.
Can’t beat UPS though.
I like our UPS and our FedEx delivery folks. But I usually use USPS when I need to send something.
UPS Guys are great where I live
My brother-in-law is a union UPS driver. They work him like hell but he loves his job.
My former workplace used a lot of FedEx. There weren’t many complaints since one of their receiving offices was a stone’s throw from our shop.
Still, this dick move by FedEx management is ugly.
