Really Andrew Breitbart? This is a legitimate topc for political discussion? Implied threats of violence against liberals and Democrats?
And to suggest that the US military, sworn to defend this country, “has his back?” This is not just over the top rhetoric. This is Glenn Beck terrorist ranting. Again. Need we lay out for you all the poeple considered “too liberal” who deranged nutcases spurred on by this type of rhetoric have been murdered in this country, and the domestic terrorist plots like the one in Spokane on MLK day this year that were narrowly averted to show that this type of rhetoric has consequences, and very bad ones for our country?
Have you no fricking decency, Mr. Brietbart and the rest of you right wing rabble rousers who preach hate and violence?
Sorry, that was a silly question. Of course they don’t.
a) he’s delusional b) violence and hate is all they have. trying to generate more fire, lighting matches. I didn’t realize teh gay was an issue for him (know as little about him as I can) but I guess that’s another part of his inner rage that he’s projecting
He better not test either of those propositions. Progressives and liberals do have guns and know how to use them.
And the progressives, Democrats, minorities, gays, and most of the women in the military definitely do not have his back.
He has proven himself a fool. And what does that make CNN, which continues to coddle his drivel and that of Erick Erickson.
Gun owner right here. Although my preference is only to use mine for recreation and collection purposes, I’m down with the concept of self-defense too. I’m not exactly a pacifist.
Well, I’ll just say that Mr. Breitbart has nothing to fear from me. I’m not a violent person, and if I ever chance to meet him, I can easily resist the urge to spit on him that any decent person would feel. I would, however, exercise my right under the First Amendment to express my loathing of him and this un-American brownshirt bullshit. (In, of course, as non-threatening a manner as possible.)
Fwiw, I tweeted this one, because I thought it offered a good reminder that the stereotype of leftists (of various stripes) as pacifists or as anti-firearm is woefully inaccurate. Speaking as one leftist who comes from the “pacifism as pathology” school of thought.
Thanks
