I am so incredibly sleep-deprived…I was exhausted yesterday, and of course last night was a Finn-wakes-mama-up-every-hour-because -he’s-hungry night.

I feel like I’ve been run over by a bus. A cute, smiling, happy bus…and I have to go to work and function somehow today. Oy.

So your testing whether endorphins and caffeine lead to workplace productivity today, eh?

I survived.  Actually got a lot of stuff crossed off my list, too.  ๐Ÿ™‚

I remember those nights.  At least it will probably be a slow day.

It started off with a contentious teleconference between the account people and the editorial team…I hate needless drama and people who want to chuck everyone else under the bus for no reason.

Finny doesn’t seem too worse for the wear after his busy night. I’m the one looking forward to bedtime.

I hope the day wasn’t too bad and you got a decent night’s sleep last night.

I got one 2 hour stretch before the hourly thing started.  I was looking forward to sleeping in an hour this morning (I have a client meeting and don’t have to go to the office first), but someone started snoring next to me and now CBtE is up and making a racket…

        grr.

I almost punched the snoring person who suggested I could go sleep there.  I am really tired.

      Gorgeous.

Alas, not much more sleep last night than the night before.  I hope this isn’t anything more than a 6-month growth spurt, because I’m not sure how much longer I can function on no sleep.

What are you up to today?

Got my walk in early and spent the rest of the day avioding the heat. Same plan today. ๐Ÿ™‚

I hope Finn gives you a break soon.

AndiF on July 8, 2010 at 6:13 am

It’s kind of misleadingly empty because the summit itself is just crawling with people. The day we were there, it was jammed with the motorcycles and many, many folks with many, many tattoos.

What a view! Did you go all the way to the observatory? I see the current temp there is unusually balmy at 61F.

      • AndiF
AndiF on July 8, 2010 at 6:05 am

We drove up to the summit. It was unusually warm the day we were there (also about 60). Plus the wind was only in the 40s.

I could come and meet you somewhere if you aren’t too far away. I’m a bit over 50 miles south of downtown Indianapolis.

P.S. If you’re going home by way of i70 and don’t want to come this far, we could meet in Indy.
