I have to wonder what this soldier would think if smart fuckin people were in charge. What would a good decision look like? This war is lost. It was lost at the outset because there was never anything to win, so I can’t see where any good decisions would make this a better prosecuted war or make this soldier’s experience within it any better unless he is talking about his immediate circumstances and those of his unit and their vulnerability due to shit decisions.
Not getting killed is the best reason not to reenlist. Not being a party to war crimes and and expossing yourself to prosecution for war crimes is why not to reenlist. Having the courage of Watada to refuse illegal orders is a reason not to reenlist. Doing the “right thing” as a human being is the reason not to reenlist.
I think the guy would make aq great recruiter… If you wanted to end the war. heh
They should all go to Canada and get jobs giving high priced paint jobs to gas guzzlers and speed boats and use global warming, cancer giving solvents, and world pollution to line their pockets with. God save us from the holier than thou blowhards.
