Isn’t it so! Do they have any idea how STUPID they look and sound when they keep saying they didn’t say what they said. I love it on Air America Radio when they play what they first said right next to what they are saying now.
They really do think everyone else is stupid, don’t they.
That’s the heart of the offense. Do they honestly think that we’re that stupid?
John McCain was The Daily Show tonight and he did the same thing again. The slap in the face that comes with that spin is pretty obvious.
The first thing we need to do is stop unwittingly legitimizing the junk from THE other side, even when talking among ourselves. I prefer to unfailingly qualify (or negate) the positive-sounding qualifiers in their expressions.

Here, the backwards quotes could possibly connote a negative qualification, but at least we will not be endorsing their agenda by placing the good words in quotes.

After recent conversations here I think it’s probably best that I err on the favorable side of self censoring when it comes to names, adjectives and identifiers.
I probably shouldn’t even have written that piece above because it’s full of unnecessary elements of classification by political view.
In fact, I’m not sure I even belong here anymore.
