I could use a good beer right now, but since I’m in Australia, I’ll settle for whatever I can find.
Oh, and thanks for the birhtday wishes, CabinGirl. I’m not sure when we’ll actually get around to celebrating it, as this weekend is the Australian Greens Party’s national conference – so Imogen/myriad and are both busy.
Oh, and can I get some french fries (or “chips” as they say here, downunder) to go. The dog’s waiting in the car.
(Yesterday Luna smoozed two hambergers, one sausage link, several hand-fulls of french fries, and a couple of dinner rolls, out of people at various places in Hobart, including the wait staff at one resturant.)
I cabin girl, how are you doing, Friday’s always seem to be busy in here, is it time for an expansion, I think we can acquire the building next door for a reasonable price and put a few pool tables in there.
I am in the going with the flow stage in the move, have to wait till the right abode appears somewhere, so I can find it, till then I just wait, I should start packing and sorting, but I juuuuust don’t want to do any extra work, if you saw my house you would believe me and things seem to get messier than usual just when you don’t want them too.
Perhaps everyone could direct their thought energies to making the best place for me to live, appear. That would be nice, will take any help I can get.
Shuffel bowling game, wellllll I don’t know, next thing you will ask for real bowling alley or indoor tennis and handball. But then in the virtual world anything can exist so I feel all those things are being built as we speak.
I do realize that this will take the entire thread of comments under it away as well, and for that I apologize. I cannot tell you how much I papreciate each and every one of your words, those of you who posted, but I have saved them away, and feel terribly uncomfortable having all of that out there for anyone and everyone to see.

Well folks, I’m off to bed. Yeah, I know it’s not even 11:00 pm here on the east coast but I’m completely wiped out.
I heard something BIG moving around in my messy catch-all kitchen cabinet and when I opened the door, here’s what I found: 17 pound Isabelle wedged into 6 inches of available space.
Hey, sometimes you just gotta get away from it all and hide for awhile.
LOOOONG day erranding today; had to go to Barnes & Noble to exchange a book; I opened it up and it was miscut somehow so it was unreadable. 🙁 Took care of that, went by Target to get the cleaning stuff I’d forgotten earlier in the week, and went to Fresh Choice for lunch. Place was packed; I’d forgotten about the holiday, and seems like every mom decided to take their kids out to lunch today.
Spouse just made it home; we were going to just have soup and hot sandwiches, but I don’t feel like messing up the kitchen. 🙁 We’ll probably just go get something out in a couple of minutes, then come home to watch “Countdown” on the DVR. Tomorrow is flu shot day, then come home and get some work done before we head for the Sharks game. Oh, and need to get some canned goods; they’re having a Second Harvest food drive down at the SJ Arena. 🙂
If I don’t make it back in tonight, hope everyone has a pleasant evening…
