Welcome back!
This week we are continuing with the Victorian home that was the subject of the previous diary. (Seen directly below.) The painting was at the stage seen in the second photo below the at the close of last week’s installment.
This week I’ve made the photo below larger so that changes are clear. We’re actually close to the end at this point. I’ve added details and a color change to the plants and lawn in the foreground. Changes have also been made to the tree on the left and structure to the right rear.
Left to do is more work on the tree and the foreground. I’ll also lighten the body color of the structure to the rear. (Of course, I’m a fickle artist and reserve the right to alter additional aspects should any be required.)
Now I’ve added a poll this week. Are there any changes that you believe should be made. I will consider your suggestions carefully.
And add your detailed comments below if you are so inclined.
See you next week.
Paint me a picture of your thoughts.
I don’t have any artistic insights to add except this: Wow, I envy you.
(((Sigh))) I wish I could do that. :<)
I can barely draw stick figures. Attempts at any type of craft work will only frustrate. I’m a decorating dud. About my only talent is that I can at least pick a color and paint a room, which probably doesn’t count.
I’d like to see the individual leaves on each of the trees, please. And a herd of velociraptors, (or perhaps just a couple).
As always, thanks for sharing your process and progress, Boran.
