“George Bush”…or at least the entity of which he is the forward facing asshole…is NOT a miserable failure, and I think that we all have to face up to the truth of this.
He…it…is still in power.
Still prosecuting the corporate agenda both abroad and at home.
Still keeping the so-called opposition divided and helpless.
Still in charge of the media.
And still holding a very good chance of winning again.
A VERY good chance. No matter WHICH so-called party is in power.
In 2006 AND in 2008.
After which…ballgame over. Called on account of darkness.
Let us not forget the facts, here.
So far…and overall, since the death of JFK…WE are the failures.
The losers.
Remember this when you look in the mirror every morning.
And just before you go to bed at night.
When Butchie sees himself in the mirror, he is seeing a winner.
The question is…what is there left for us to do that will change that fact?
Big question.
I am out of answers. myself, other than refusing to take part in the system at all. No more than necessary to eat and live, anyway.
A massive, civilly disobedient strike on ALL of our parts.
Which would START by walking away from the lying media.
A NEWSTRIKE!!!
Other than that…I am at a loss.
AND I KNOW DAMNED WELL THAT THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN UNLESS A REAL MASS MOVEMENT ERUPTS, AND SOON.
Which it apparently is not.
Because we are too weak and too well fed.
Sad.

P.S. Two of the first three images on your list are pictures of leaders of the Islamic resistance, with the words “Still alive” underneath them as proof of BushCo’s so-called failure.
And indeed, from BushCo’s point of view, that fact IS a failure.
But…does no one here begin to entertain the thought that these people might actually be CORRECT in their take on where the U.S. is at and where it’s headed?
And thank whatever God they worship that at least SOMEONE is providing some effective resistance to this burgeoning evil?

Oh dear. Is anyone else using Firefox? I am, and I can’t see any of the reasons! I see a lot of blank space and an empty table scrunched in at the end.
I hope my browser setup is wrong. I’d hate to think that Firefox is a tool of the right wing! 😉
i’m using firefox and the pictures are showing. Maybe you have a blocker set up that’s not letting them come through? It’s a great photo-spread with links.
On Safari (mac) you have to scroll waaay down to find them…unless I’m getting a bad link.
