Officials in southern Germany have issued a state of emergency as heavy snowfall was forecast before the weekend. Meteorologists said they have seen the heaviest snowfall in a decade and that there was more to come. In Austria, heavy snowfall up to 6½ feet caused lots of difficulties.

The big story next week: Aliens did really crash-land at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. The other-wordly survivors of that incident were taken into protective custody of the federal government. I just cancelled my cable tv service! So liberating! I upped my Netflix subscription instead, and plan to do a review of silent films from the 20s. So I’ll depend on you all to keep me abreast of any truly important stories….

Mr. McClellan said that Mr. Abramoff’s name had not appeared on the invitation list of the May 2001 meeting and that it was unclear how the lobbyist had entered the White House grounds.
A spokesman for Mr. Abramoff had no comment on the photograph or on his contacts with Mr. Garza.
It is not clear how Mr. Abramoff might have gotten Mr. Garza included in the president’s meeting. White House records show the meeting was also attended by Grover Norquist, a friend of Mr. Abramoff’s who is a leading conservative strategist and president of the group Americans for Tax Reform, which was helping to rally support for Mr. Bush’s tax cuts.

I feel the MSM’s motto should be So many crimes, so little time so we will just report what the memo from the Cabal of Fascists in the White House send us. Disgusting. The stories don’t get legs because they are all too fricking lazy to care. Wonder if they have kids? Aging parents or grandparents?
