Bruce Elfant is a Constable in Austin, Texas. He is a die hard Democrat and has been a very good friend to the GLBT community.
Bruce holds the ice cream socials as a fund raiser when he is running for re-election and in the off years donates the money to charity. This year the funds will be donated to Helping Hand Home For Children .
