“Television is a one-way medium. It has impossible entry barriers for individuals. When you have a one-way medium dominated by a re-feudalized public forum that no longer makes room for a vigorous discussion of ideas, then the rule of reason and knowledge itself plays a sharply diminished role in the policy-making formulations of a democratic society, and so it begins to seem that we have wandered into an alternate universe where the truth no longer matters and where repetition of propagandistic slogans tempts leaders to believe they can make their own reality.”
Well look at the bright side, they’re probably still serving glazed chicken and ice cream at Gitmo. Maybe you can request the poolside cell down next to me and the rest of the ‘tribbers.

I’ve heard there’s a secret prison in Europe which is just loverly this time of year… I’m keeping my fingers crossed for that one.
well as much as I would love a boyfriend, I think I will wait till I meet one on the outside instead of in prison. LOL
LOL!
I’ll second that!

hope they rot in the hell of their nightmares
They will, they will. Somehow they’ll convince themselves they’re in the heaven of their dreams.
I’ll second that. Anyone who dresses up their sick, twisted prejudices with the mantle of religion is already a rotting walking corpse in my mind.
