I’m guessing by your very speedy arrival that you didn’t enjoy any sleep. I hope as a reward you’re feeling very prepared for your exams.
I’m still making my cheat sheet…I’m a bit behind where I wanted to be. And I have to stop at 7 to work on a Japanese thing I have to turn in for my 11 AM class…

No snow — we don’t get much snow when it’s cold because it’s dry arctic air.
Yep it’s the same with us, just cold and a lot of leaves on the ground. Have you dropped by Olivia’s b today. I think she has finally gone over the edge. 🙂

No we’re not. Any picture Olivia take is always a good one, but I guess without the proliferation of flowers, we’ll start to experience Cdn eating habits. 🙂
…well yesterday in Cleveland looked like Christmas, but today in NC it’s sunny and heading to 60 degrees.

It’s heading up to 44 today but then it’s going down to 12 by tomorrow.
Full-body waggle, plus 63 jumps up to lick my face, one of which brought tears to my eyes. No, I’m not emotional, she hit my nose. 🙂
sometimes she bites me — I just think of them as ‘love nips’.
You know George does that. He loves to play bite the nieces and nephews. They always complain, but I tell them, heck a little blood is nothing.
When playing, Luna occassionally hits my nose with her nose – and boy is her nose harder. A couple of times I thought maybe she’d actually cracked the cartiledge. Previous Pyrs have been equally as hard on the schnoz. I could blame my very crooked nose on them, but I had it long before I had the Pyrs.
Given the damage the both Hopeful and Giddy have accidentally inflicted on me over the years, I can imagine what a dog the size of Luna could do. I’d probably be lucky to survive.

Alright, I’m back…the fatigue has definitely set in. I’m barely functioning right now…any idea what would be advisable to eat? I was thinking something along the lines of a nutrition bar would be good.
Maybe a nutrition bar and a cold shower. Stay under the shower just to the point of pneumonia and that should wake you up.
It’s already cold enough here in Philly as it is…I think I’ll pass on the cold shower. A warm one sounds good, though…
Just gotta make it to 4:20 this afternoon, and then I can pass out for a few hours…

Am having technical problems with this site.
Is anyone else experience the same problem, as follows: while the diaries are okay, and readable, commments are cut off at the left hand margin (so only certains words to the right are shown and can be read). Perhaps this is a problem with my settings, but this is the only site on the internet where this problem is occurring. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Not here, but I get it at big orange if I rate anyone.
I’ve had that on occassion. My solution to it is to turn off the computer for a while, and when I return it’s all fixed.
I have the same problem, which I don’t have with European Tribune: I can’t read the left part of the comments…
I haven’t had any problems here either.
Tea: Precious Eyebrows nice, delicate and floral.
Book: Moving again after one of the toughest chunks yesterday–explaining a process that takes place because of atomic theory and nuclear from the point of view of a fifteen year who doesn’t have any grounding in the subject because it’s a pre atomic bomb story so it has to all be in non-technical language. Oh, and understandable to a 13 year old since the books YA, and it can’t take much more than two paragrpahs or it’ll interupt the narrative flow. I think I got it nailed, but urgh. Some of the hardest writing I’ve done in years.
Life: Okay, the mom-crisis while not over is almost at the point of not being my problem. Just a few papers to deliver and surviving the fallout.

Further announcement: just returned from a visit with my ultra-hawk Christian father — the first in 12 years. No injuries or immolation to report, as I’d intended there wouldn’t be. It was actually a nice visit. We’re very similar in our basic character (iow, we’re both loons); however, he’s also turned entirely against the GOP & has warned them not to contact him ever again for fundraising. He also believes in immediate withdrawal from Iraq & recognizes the situation as utterly FUBAR.

I think the current methodology is that someone makes a comment and then someone else answers it 30 minutes later when the other person is gone. And 30 minutes later somebody else makes a comment and 30 minutes later …
