Cool! A candidate that might actually understand something about how to deal with Muslims. You don’t suppose that he knows the difference between the Shi’a and Sunni.
Or was this supposed to upset me?
It’s always amusing to watch those idiots in action. But how can they actually say those things with a straight face? Always framing pure vile as a question…never correcting false information, as they interweave the talking points.
One can only hope they continue to go over the top in vile nastiness.
Unfortunately, I’m still awaiting my DSL modem.
I’m on dialup now myself so I share the frustration. Cable got way too expensive, monopoly expensive, and DSL isn’t available in my neighborhood yet. That big tall ladder in my garage is just begging to climb the telephone pole out front! Know what I mean? :o)
Don’t do it! 😉
No DSL here either, so YouTube remains a frustrating non-starter for me too. Sometime this year I hope to move up, but for now… just one big sigh.
I know that this is exactly the type of corporate pop rock crap that is being shoved down everyone’s throat right now, but damn I dig this song. Somehow it reminds me of Queen.
We were lucky enough to get tickets to see them tonight along with Liadan. It was great!
I should give you a link to Liadan to go with that. They’ll all be together in NYC for St. Patrick’s Day at Carnegie Hall.
I like this thread very much. I have a 10 year old granddaughter I am now responsible for (for a semester at school). She loves music and I love the different offerings here. She loved the Queen of the Night video and she will sing along with it.
This will give her a great Sunday morning fare.
Great post on that character who wrote about blaming terrorism on the “cultural left.” I’ve been teetering on a sort of “law” over the years and I can’t pin it down. It goes something like this, “if a 21 year old political science student can discredit a hypothesis of a book published on international relations without doing any research than chances are it’s pseudo-scholarship.”
I was thinking about this some time in 2004, 2005 when I was hearing pundits start to puppet obvious things I was saying before the war, and thinking that my opinions weren’t a product of some deep insight, but that their opinions prior to the war were dishonest, not genuine.
That guy’s arguments can be discredited by merely recalling any of OSB’s stated reasons for terrorism/opposing the West.
