On the plus side, it’s a really pretty snow — huge, fluffy flakes. And it won’t last too long; it’s supposed to be sunny and 37 tomorrow.

      Definitely faster, but bigger, I wanted a larger screen – the old one was a Sony Vaio.

      I went from a 12″ to a 14″ when I got a new laptop 2 years ago and it was still 2 lbs lighter.

      This one has a 17″ screen, but weighs close to 8 lbs – my Sony was 13″.

Morning Folks!!!! I finally went to bed at 3:30 and just wokr up. LOL The pictures are lovely this am!!! It is sunny and suppose to be 60 here today. I have two different political events I am going to today. One is a meeting to discuss getting a candidate who ran for Congress in ’06 but loss to run again in ’08 He is a good amn and would make a great congressman so I am going to try and help even though I cannot vote for him. LOL Then as soon as that is over I am heading to a Texas Kaos meet and great at a pub. LOL Texas Kaos is a liberal Texas blog.

I have not forgotten most hosting duties. I will open a cafe before I leave for my round of political events and open the jazz lounge when I get home late this afternoon. LOL

  Morning!!! We usually get together about once a month. We haven’t gotten together since before the holidays because everyone has been so busy and quite a few folks had flu and that type of thing. LOL It will be great to see them. It is all ages and all either progressives or die hard liberals. LOL
