I read about you and FMom. So sorry. Must be something in the air — Jim’s mom fell and broke her wrist yesterday (she’ fine — except for the wrist of course).
Notice I’ve never said a remark like that around you. As if I would anyway. I only kid around with FMom anyway. Like when she gets a new dress I’ll ask her did they use the entire cotton from from India for the dress. That will get her to pulling out scrap book with pictures of her and her showing how slim she was after 6 children. See I’m really helping her to reminisce. π

Just a couple of months ago I was worried that I was going to wash out of this job. Now I’m working my butt off six days a week. The money’s good, but it’d be nice to get a day off once in a while (especially after I was sick for a couple of weeks, and haven’t really recovered yet).
No Random 10 today, I don’t have a connection to the home computer with the list of goodies on it. * sigh *
Thanks. I got the crud that’s been going around up here. It hasn’t helped that part of the aftermath is that every hour or so all night, I wake up and cough up a big plug o’ mucus, meaning I’m not getting the sleep I should.
I’ve had better weeks, but sorry to hear you aren’t feeling well either.
One day that mentioning of my name is going to work at some company. Probably be when I win the lottery and start my own company. Otherwise I don’t see it happening. π
Wish it’d shown up on my Random 10 — here’s the list I got though:
Why Can’t This Be Love — Van Halen
Selections from Suite No. 2 in B Minor: Minuet (comp. J.S. Bach) — Wendy Carlos
If I Had a Hammer — The Weavers
Here Comes the Sun — The Beatles
A Fifth of Beethoven — Walter Murphy
Open Invitation — Santana
Clair de Lune from Suite bergamasque (comp. Debussy) — Philadelphia Orchestra
Proud Mary — Creedence Clearwater Revival
Me and Bobby McGee — Janis Joplin
Sunshine of Your Love — Cream
Got spouse to finish making dinner — just about time to serve up…
I’ve got to go for a little while. Fmom lost something and I’ve got to find it. She probably hid it and forgot where she hid it. She does that all the time and it take me forever to find her stuff.
Never forget Scooter Libby’s novel entitled The Apprentice, where he discusses how young Japanese girls are forced to live in a cage with a bear with whom they are forced to copulate. Libby also discusses how these little girls are forced to train themselves and their bodies for a career in prostitution with wooden penises.
is it Vodka:30 where you are?
It’s 62 freaking degrees out. Lovely.

It’s not warm here … besides, warm weather and hockey means one thing: PLAYOFFS!
LOL … have a good evening everyone … off to cheer on a losing team.
π
Don’t have a random 10, but Happy Birthday to CBtY.
What kind of cake did you get him?

I made a butter cake with buttercream frosting…decorated with gummy sharks and swedish fish!
I’ll take a care package of you don’t mind. π
Sounds great.
I read about you and FMom. So sorry. Must be something in the air — Jim’s mom fell and broke her wrist yesterday (she’ fine — except for the wrist of course).
Everyone’s falling! Sorry to hear that … is it her dominant hand?
have fun at the game
Hi Andi.
Sorry to hear about Jim’s Mom. I hope she’s not in too much pain.
I told FMom she has so much padding she should had bounched back into bed. Needless to say she doesn’t like my weight jokes. π
You’d be laid out flat for a remark like that around me.

Maybe she’ll reminisce about the time she obviously dropped you on your head as an infant!
No wonder you’re not married anymore. π
She’s doing okay. And she always has her arthritis do distract from her wrist hurting. (I didn’t want you to be the only one who made a bad joke.)

sorry you haven’t been feeling well.

Could be worse, I guess. It’s not bird flu.
Tell them FMan said you need at least 4 days off a week to be as productive as you can be. I’m sure they’ll understand. π
Hope it gets better for you.
Well! I mentioned the name of Family Man and they snapped to and told me to take as much time off as I wanted!
Uh huh, as if. How are you doing?
I’ve had better weeks, but sorry to hear you aren’t feeling well either.
One day that mentioning of my name is going to work at some company. Probably be when I win the lottery and start my own company. Otherwise I don’t see it happening. π
HI folks!!!!!FamilyMan sorry to hear about your back and FMom. Andie sorry about mil hurting herself.
Happy BDay to CBTy !!! I hope I covered all the high points. LOL If I missed anything, I am sorry. LOL
Hi Refinish.
How’s your first week back at work been going?
not good. some problems arose and I have been out again. I am working on being back monday.
What ever it is I hope you get it worked out. We need our Refinish back to his old self.
I am trying very hard. LOL
there is a decided lack of !!!!s in your posts today! π
I am and not sure why I am in such a funk. LOL well, I know but not sure what to do to get out of it as quickly as I need to.
It’s because you had to go back to work for a whole damn week. We need to be retired.
LOL I wish that were it.
Here is a crazy video I found on you tube.
Ah, that’s the way to cheer yourself up — remind me that I’m still stuck on pitiful dial-up. π
LOL!!! I am bad aren’t I. LOL and just to rub it in here is another interesting one I found.
Of course, the good is that I don’t know what I’m missing.
That was pretty cool Refinish. Although I think the term monkey is placing us in a higher catagory than is needed. π
Wish it’d shown up on my Random 10 — here’s the list I got though:

I agree with Andi, we need to be retired. Oh wait a minute. π
I’ve got to go for a little while. Fmom lost something and I’ve got to find it. She probably hid it and forgot where she hid it. She does that all the time and it take me forever to find her stuff.
Back in awhile.
Happy Treasure hunting.
Actually she found it. I think she does that to play trick on me every now and then. π

Libby also discusses how these little girls are forced to train themselves and their bodies for a career in prostitution with wooden penises.
For Scooter:
Frankly, I think he should have them both at once.
‘Evening, everyone. Sorry I’ve been missing — but believe me, I look for myself every day.
Until we meet again, with or without a woody ..
Well it’s past my bedtime so I’ll see everyone tomorrow.
I hope everyone has a good day as compared to this week and today.
Good night to all the froggies in the pond and think good thought.
