Mr.Nature was in LA last week, Vegas this week, and ten days from now he’s got 2 weeks in Europe….then two Orlando trips in June. I don’t know how he does it – I hate airports.
Going to the corporate offices in Massachusetts. That’s the only good thing about the trip — it will pretty relaxed and I’ll get to see a bunch of people I really like.
It’s north right off of I-95 but I won’t go into town — it’s way too much trouble and this time of year it doesn’t stay light late enough. When I’m there in the summer, a friend and I like to go hike in Middlesex Fells.
Hi,
No, a quiet weekend for me. Oldest asklet has her own plans, going for a birthday dinner, then the theater with a good friend. The young one will come to me after his karate classes tomorrow.
are looking lovely … especially since I’m going to be in MA all next week and there’s a marsh right next to the office that is just lovely in early spring.
Been a bit of a long week here. I hosted Dining out for Life (an HIV/AIDS benefit) last night at my local restaurant/watering hole; very busy, I hope we raised a lot of money (I’m a little competitive that way…). CBtE is probably swtiching to private school for high school, and we probably won’t even wait out the rest of this year (as short as it is) to make the switch.
It’s pouring here. I wish it would stop so CBtY’s baseball game won’t be cancelled, but I’m not too hopeful about that. Oh well. Anyone seen any good movies lately?
Good morning to all. Rain, rain and more rain here. It looks to be a fairly busy weedend playing chauffeur to b2boy for various activities. I’ll have to remember to carry my ipod.
Busy but just stopping in for a bit. In the midst of packing; spouse and I are getting away for our anniversary (which is today). We’re heading up to SF for tonight and tomorrow — actually, I’m going ahead by train/bus to do the check-in, then he’ll drive up with the suitcase after he gets off work. We’ve got tickets for Beach Blanket Babylon for 10pm tomorrow; we’ve been wanting to see the show for years.
Good morning Andi.
I have a feeling like today is friday, but it doesn’t feel like it.
about being retired — it doesn’t matter what day it is.
Morning.
Now that you memtion it you’re right. It could be Saturday for all I care. 🙂
When’s your next big trip?
Sunday and I’ll be gone till Friday. I’m already in a bad mood about it.
Well don’t worry. As I’m sitting back lounging in my recliner, I’ll be thinking of you. 🙂
Where are you off to this time?

At least you’ll be in the same time zone. Is it near Boston? I liked walking around downtown there.

Wow, you don’t hike downhill from that rock, do you?
It’s funny that you always find a place to hike wherever you are and I always find a place to eat. Explains alot, don’t you think?
What makes you think I haven’t found restaurants?
This is my favorite.
I guess balance is the key – hike first, then eat a giant Italian meal. Mine would be shop first, then eat.
There’s an REI just down the road that has a very good Chinese restaurant right across the street so I do achieve your nirvana. 😛
That looks yummy.
I want to try this one.
That does look good. I always liked the Rose Tattoo Cafe but I haven’t been there in years so I don’t know if it is still good.
I think it is still there…I used to work a block away from it.
I liked their bar, but the food was really good too.
It’s a great area — I had a customer just a couple blocks off rittenhouse square and really enjoyed going there (except for the icky work part).
Speaking of the icky work part, time for me to go. See ya.
Good morning, Andi and FM!
It’s been pouring down this morning, but weekend forecast is great – TFSM.
Good morning ask.
We got all our rain night before last. You can already tell the difference in the pollen count here.
You, curly and the asklets have any big plans for the weekend?

Sounds like a nice weekend.
I think the CBs are going to their Dad’s tomorrow night – a night off for me! woo-hoo, what to do? 🙂
Morning, CG.
Those eves are great when nothing is programmed.
Enjoy!
It rained (and stormed) a lot here yesterday and the day before but the payoff is that the green is really starting to come out.
See here for an example.
Beautiful – saw that last night.
We may head for the Berkshires again next weekend and expect a huge change in the flora.

I think I feel a nap coming on.
Talk to ya’ll later.

behave yourselves in the big city. Don’t engage in any monkey business while you’re there. 🙂
