My name is Anne Dicker and I’m running for State Senate in Pennsylvania’s 1st District.
Today, Philadelphia became the epicenter of the presidential primary contest with Bill and Hillary Clinton landing in Center City Philadelphia to try to win over City Committee Ward Leaders. (Full disclosure, I’m an Obama supporter.)
Tonight, I launched a radio ad campaign in support of single-payer universal health care and I hope that both Hillary and Barack are listening.
Here’s my challenge to both candidates: Adopt single-payer universal health care that will cover all of us.
If the federal government is unwilling to act, rest assured the voters of Pennsylvania will. My first act as State Senator will be to sign on to Senate Bill 300, a plan that will cover all Pennsylvanian’s regardless of age, employment status, or pre-existing health conditions.

Yeah – I know some people working hard on that single payer health care plan. Don’t wait for the President. Take the lead, and bless you for it!
Good job! I’m cheering for you from north of the border. It’s time for the USA to come out of the health care dark ages!
provide something so horribly needed in people’s real lives if provided. How wonderful and what a refreshing break from all the worship. I’m frenchfries and I approve this message.
