    Gee what a shock that McCain is defending the free trade agreement with Colombia, since his lobbyist campaign employees are getting paid by Colombia to lobby for it, IIRC.

        In 1994, my life was saved by a 10-hour double organ transplant I had to fight my insurance company for three years to get. Good to know it was frivolous.

      He has never had to deal with an individual health plan that doesn’t cover any preventative tests like mammograms & pap smears!  No fooling, BCBS of MI won’t cover them under an individual policy unless something bad is found..

    Apparently John McCain never saw the exchange, but chose to go with the Fox News summary of it.

    I am interested to hear what polls say about this debate.

    I thought McCain came off as a very scary crazy old man. Scary evil eyes. Repeating things as if he can’t remember what he’s talking about.

    Obama looked tired but handled the answers pretty well and didn’t fall for McCain’s attempts to piss him off. Calm and cool and smart.

    CNN (where I watched) said other networks didn’t do the full-time split-screen view like they did. McCain may have done better if viewers didn’t see his crazy expressions while Obama was talking.
