Three weeks old today!
All three have opened their eyes, although their eyes are still milky colored and they don’t see very well. They’ve also been doing a fair bit of walking. But again, not very well, or very far.
I’ve decided to add an appeal for the Healesville Sanctuary in Victoria, Australia.
I’m sure you’ve all heard about the horrific fires in Victoria. The Healesville Sanctuary is actually part of the Victoria Zoo system. Since the fires they’ve closed to visitors, both because of their proximity to one of the fires and in order to better focus on the deluge of injured animals they recently taken in.
If you’ve got a few spare bob, consider helping them out.

I someone put a gun to my head and told me to pick a favorite picture of all the ones you’ve posted, I’d just have to tell them to go ahead and shoot me. I love them all.
Well, seeing as we all prefer you alive, I’m very glad that scenario is even less likely to transpire than the storylines in an episode of “24”
I’ve just arranged to borrow a video camera from my sister-in-law tomorrow. If all goes well, i.e. I can download the data onto our computer, I’ll have some video for you all but the end of the weekend.
Video! Be still my heart.
**happy dancing**
😀
oh my GOODNESS that’s so cute!
I can’t tell … is that gargantua looking intently at the chow wagon as she approaches?
It’s Squeak on the left, Gar practicing her walking in the middle, and The Dude being dudely (i.e. asleep) on the right.
makes Giddy giddy. 🙂

And all three want the puppies to come play in the snow with them.

I love the malamut smile. And the snow photo is great – Bebo charging ahead like the pup she is, and Giddy sedately bringing up the rear.
I was sitting on the ground taking macro shots and all of sudden I heard her breathing right behind me and just turned around and snapped the picture. I think it’s going to be my all-time favorite.
And on the snow pic … the finishing touch is Sniff being the perfect beagle with his nose down in the dirt. 🙂
I missed Sniff in the distance, until you said that. Yes, it’s the coup de grâce.
Fantastic picture of Giddy. She must really like the snow. It’s her element. 🙂
Yup. She like to dig out a snug little bed and sleep in it.
Aw, I love the Giddy smile!
Truman looks longingly over towards all the people who really should be playing with the ball with him instead of doing whatever they are doing.
Taken with my iphone so not the best quality.
Silly people.
This seems to be his general attitude. People. Lovable but silly and with their priorities screwed up.
Well, he’d be right.
You can tell that he’s trying very hard to be optimist and believe that someone WILL come over and play with him — ah the innocence of youth.
He is a very optimistic dog. At least when it comes to playing with the ball. Not so much when people are putting on their coats and saying the “work” word.
The Dude literally high-centered himself on mamma’s head and couldn’t get off. He paddled his back feet and whined – until I rescued him.
Awwwww. Snuggling up to mom’s nose, what could be better.
For Gar? No question, it’s snuggling up to mom’s teat.
You can have the water, but I get the food
Isabelle snuggled up
Like it would stop them from being here even if they weren’t.
I really like the dish dilemma shot.
Hopey looks very protective of that dish.
Meanwhile Isabelle looks like she could care less what the other two get into.
It’s called: “I can fit your whole head in my mouth.”
Adorable.
If I just look at the thumbnails, it looks like The War of the Dustmops.
