Does anyone else think it’s cold out today?

It’s about 70 here but yesterday it was only in the sixties and quite chilly.  But at least it’s sunny and not rainy today.

I’m looking forward to my yoga class just because it will warm me up-my fingers are freezing!

It’s supposed to rain here all day tomorrow too.  Here’s hoping we get some clear weather this weekend…maybe your weather can come this way.

Yep it was cold out today — the wind was really whipping around here too, making it feel even colder. But the sun was out so it felt good.

We got thick fog and drizzle, with occasional bursts of rain.  Oh, and very large mud puppies.

I’m trying an experiment.  If I don’t let the dogs in the house when it rains, will they start using the other forms of shelter available in their yard?

        • AndiF
AndiF on June 4, 2009 at 9:26 pm

My guess — they will stand at the door, looking miserable and wet.

Bingo!  Although they eventually get bored and go dig holes in the mud.

I’ve got errands to run, so I’ll be spared the all the drama for a few hours.

The thing that gets me is that it all reads just fine to me. I just read the corrections in. Maybe by the time I hit 80, I’ll have learned the right way to proofread.

Just be glad your not dyslexic and have to proof read professionally.

Fortunately, like most it’s only myself that I can’t proof for errors.  As you say, I know what I meant to write and I just read it that way.

I guess I phrased that wrong.  One of my cousins who usually stays with me when she is in St. Louis.  Someone did stay with me.  I didn’t kill her.  Or her dog.

The cake was delish.  It was yellow cake. One tier was three layers with chocolate cream between the layers.  The other tier was three layers with raspberry between the layers.  It was quite the conversation piece as people gathered around it to read the words on it and reminisce.
