Hard to believe I know, but give Georgie Boy his props. He calls the right wing attacks that Obama has been too soft on Iran a big pile of poo:
Foolish criticism. Normally I’d have a sarcastic remark to make here, considering some of the foolish criticism George has been part and parcel to in the past, but not today. Thanks for being a grown-up, George. At least for one day.
After seeing Will lying like a Bush re healthcare and other issues last night on CSpan I just can’t bring myself to credit him for anything.
me either. stopped clock.
Same thing I was thinking. If anything, this is one of those occasions when Will feels safe to play the contrarian.
In any case, the really telling part is when he questions whether it’s a good thing for the legitimacy of the current Iranian regime to be undermined. That suggests to me that he’s aligned with the neocons who want Iran to remain an enemy because, well, fascism doesn’t work without an enemy, and since the Mexican-as-Jews immigration song-and-dance turned out to be a damp squib, their only remaining hope lies with the Big Scary Mullahs.
Speaking of George Will and healthcare .. Boo .. do you ever read the DailyLocal? .. it’s the local paper based out of West Chester? They publish Will’s columns .. and the one in the paper today was on health care … and Will was lying .. like he did about global warming .. I swear sometimes I want to punch that clown
yeah, I read the Daily Local maybe once a month.
Just can’t give Will any credit for anything.
Same.
George Will is 68 years old. He simply can’t wank off every day. Credit denied.
a minor aberration…he’ll recover tomorrow. he gets no slack from me.
you’re losing your touch steven, giving this goper swine a pass…must be the flu.
To compound the strangeness, on the same show this morning Cokie made some sensible remarks about health care. I could hardly believe it. She pointed out that people aren’t afraid of Washington bureaucrats making health care decisions because no one thinks it could be worse than insurance agents making health care decisions.
