Hate to say, but I know of several megachurches out here in CA (mainly in SoCal) that would probably follow along… Sadly, there are for too many who can’t handle the responsibility of being personally accountable for their moral decision-making, so they farm it out to the Ralph Reeds of the world.
Are there any people stupid enough to follow Ralph Reed’s Christian leadership?
Yes.
I no longer think that the answer to any question that starts with “Are there people stupid enough to …” is anything but yes.
The real question is “Are there ENOUGH people stupid enough to follow Ralph Reed’s Christian leadership to put Reed back on the board as a big name player?” And sadly the answer to that one is probably also yes.

except that Steve Jobs is not a morally bankrupt bloodsucker casting himself as a moral exemplar, actually has good ideas, and isn’t still trying to sell me the exactly same thing he was in 1984.
Reed is more like the liver that they took OUT of Jobs…
I can tell you’ve never been in a good PC/Mac flamewar.
Jobs has been called worse….on Slashdot.
Heh, beat me to it. Not that I’ve ever called Jobs any of those things on Slashdot. Now, on Kuro5hin on the other hand… 😉
Yes, there are such people but they have forked tongues, horns, a red complexion and offices on the outskirts of hell.
