A true test of whether the Republicans have any grown-ups left is whether any of them will follow the Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Dick Lugar, in ratifying the START Treaty. There are some grown-ups who want to do it, but how many of them are willing to vote for anything the president wants?
