Still recovering from the lack of sleep last week, compounded by a grumpy all-nighting Finn.  I have the brainpower of a Gitmo inmate at this point.

    How are you all?

      Good morning!
Hope all improves during the day.

Well, to be honest, I’m not crazy about the constant movement, but, hey, a guys got to make a buck. I’ll put up with it with no more complaining:)

tonight…the CBs are at their dad’s, BooMan is at the Trivedi-Gerlach debate, and Finny is asleep.

I’m watching the debate and remembering how much I don’t like Jim Gerlach.  Time to go decorate his street with “Fire Gerlach” signs again.

Just a quick ‘hi’ after a cool Autumn day spent stacking firewood. So many of the trees have lost their leaves already, when we’re usually just arriving at peak color this week. I blame the late summer drought. We may see some frost tonight.
Hope everyone’s having a good evening!
    Lovely picture up above.

Its very colorful here, despite the drought. We should peak this coming weekend, according to the leaf gurus.

I think we’ve already peaked, which is earliest I can recall and the color was really fine — I was surprised.

I am so glad we got that rain but it took down a lot of leaves — at least going by our deck.

This week’s rain/wind is really pulling down the leaves — but there seem to be plenty left. This is definitely a ‘gold’ year — more yellow hues than any other. Wish I had time for photos. It’s lovely, with the heavy gray skies beyond.

Amazing algorithm – I just clicked a link to diary with Israel in it. When it opened, it had a banner for private tours in Israel up top. Never saw it before. Everything else has been Swiss related in French or (mostly) German (+ the Democrats Abroad banner).

Yay, the week is almost over!  I’m running a workshop today at my client, and I am so happy to say we have all the materials together and ready to go (no small accomplishment).  Now, if everyone participates and we can reach a consensus…wish me luck, cause these people are like herding cats.

And then we’re planning to go to pizza night at the semi-local bakery with friends, including Finn’s triplet friends.  Hopefully the girls won’t scare him so much tonight; he’s been teething and cranky all week.

    Good morning to everone!

I finally got the computer working, but I don’t know how long it will last.  It freezes up constantly.

George and I are doing fine.  It’s starting to get cold down here.  We’re in the low 50’s this morning.  I know it’s not that cold to a lot of people, but we’ve have over a hundred and thirteen day of ninety degrees this year.  So it’s kind of cold to us.

I hope everyone has been doing fine.  It’s frustrating not to be in touch.

Before the computer freezes up, I’ll post this.

    Everyone take care,
