I grilled up two massive racks of ribs last night, so I’m good for the weekend. Plus, I’m headed to a cookout this afternoon. Fireworks tomorrow. What’s on your menu/agenda?

I lost my ability to mega-troll.
my sister was in town last week, and I BBQ’d everything but ribs. so, this weekend, all I want is some ribs. that’s all I want. that’s my goal for this weekend.
celebrating the grill here this weekend also. I smoked a chicken yesterday and will probably just eat more of that tonight. Don’t know yet what I’ll cook tomorrow after parading.
I don’t know if there’s anywhere nearby I can see fireworks 🙁 Cities all around are cutting back.
A roots music festival at a park by a river. Backpacking pimiento cheese sandwiches, cheese biscuits, celery carrots, and banana-spice bread.
Think I’ll cruise over to my old firehouse and see if there’s anything on the grill. There’s usually a big get-together and cookout on 4th of July weekend.
Argggh! No ribs. Turkeyburgers! I’m salivating at the thought of your ribs.
A fine plate of ribs cooked over charcoal, roasted corn, potato salad, a good American amber micro-brew or a good German dark, Oh Hell! Make it a Guiness! This all a fantasy to make my doctor faint anyway.

and, found Oxford Blues and Masquerade (two Rob Lowe guilty pleasures) at my niece’s ‘On -Demand’.
getting to sleep in tomorrow morning will just cap my weekend.
