It all depends on who you kill (or allegedly kill). The line between getting a lethal needle in your arm and getting the Congressional Medal of Honor can be so slim.

I guess it all depends on whose behalf you think you are killing for. I think both sides are wrong but I think you get my meaning.
I am an atheist myself so this is not a religious discussion. But I do believe we are surrounded by lost spirits trying to figure out what is next and where they need to go. If you go to an older hospital ward where many people have died, you (or at least I) can literally feel them passing through me/you. They are lonely and confused. I would hate to call them “Ghosts” because they are not spooky or anything. They’re just regular, lonely souls trying to figure out what comes next. And they can pass through you and read your thoughts so don’t even try to hold back. But I still avoid visiting people in old Hospital buildings because I am constantly bothered by these lonely souls of the dead who feel trapped and I just don’t know what to do for them. It’s really sad and it hurts to try and deal with them.
I am sure many will call me crazy for this – and that’s okay. But I can’t deny what I experience when I am in places where many have died in the past. I always feel it. It’s not a haunting, really. More like they want my help to find their way but I have no clue about how to advise them because I just can’t understand their circumstances. But they are all good souls who just want help. I have no idea what they ever looked like but they are just there all around me.
If you are immune from this, consider yourself lucky.
