The New York Post and New York Daily News are hardly less alarmist about the Wall Street protests than Andrew Breitbart. And they are definitely no more honest. I’ve rarely seen such a stark example of the power of the press to distort reality. And the thing is that the New York Post and the Daily News are really blue-collar newspapers. People buy them to read the sports section and then maybe some of the more salacious scandals of the day. So, the construction and transportation workers are getting a steady diet of coverage about 99 percenters fornicating in public, seeking treatment for STD’s, and doing drugs.
Of course, Breitbart is claiming some deaf man was raped. And his media empire is now worth $4 million while I struggle to pay the bills. Any questions?

Is there any correlation to these possible crimes at any Occupy City to the same number of people in any large city in USA?

Perhaps Channing is a bit obsessed with hysteria and revolution?
"But I will not let myself be reduced to silence."
The Breitbart definition of democracy: Inmates running the asylum.
Pssst! BooMan, perfect juncture to put up a donation link. Just sayin’.
No better evidence that you don’t work for the 1%.
There is one thing moving counter the Post and Daily News daily dose of garbage. And that is the fact that union locals have swung behind Occupy Wall Street and members of those locals have been to Zucotti Park and know what conditions are like there.
And…Breitbart has been known to pull stories out his ass. With no real facts whatsoever.
Of course, Breitbart is throwing everything he can find at the Occupy Wall Street movement. The biggest losers if it succeeds in transforming US political culture will be, not the 1% but folks like Breitbart, the Fox friends, Rush Limbaugh, and all their right-wing shock jock competitors and wannabes. A whole industry is fighting back just like the health insurance industry fought healthcare reform and the financial industry fought Dodd-Frank.
