Steve M. has a point. Ollie North, Judith Miller, Mark Fuhrman, Dick Morris, and even Mark Sanford all landed jobs with Fox News after they were disgraced. Even Karl Rove has been employed by them. So, Chris Christie really has little to worry about. There is always a place on Fox for the fallen crooks of the right.

The power of Faux News lies not in its ability to convert anyone’s views. The power is in reinforcing completely baseless and destructive misinformation in the minds of people, otherwise known as propaganda.
History is littered with the corpses of millions whose lives were sacrificed at the altar of propaganda. To say there is no power in propaganda is to play directly into the hands of those who are so willing and eager to use it.
