Been going well. I have not done a whole lot. Been taking a cue from your lessons on life. LOL
wow — I almost couldn’t remember how to do a new cafe. I did one last week, late, but I just copied the one before.
My brain is turning to mush without the stimulation I receive at the Froggy Bottom Lounge 🙂

Cake is Old fashioned white
filling is Ganache (which is REALLY good!!)
icing is ganache, too
if Old Fashioned White is that old fashioned heavy white cake (the kind they used to use for wedding cakes) I LOVE that.
I’m telling ya – it’s got superb stuff. And that site is the orginal bakery. I don’t work at that one. But we have all their stuff and goodies.
I was in today to get Wesley’s cake and this couple were picking up a sheet cake with Chinese writing on it and the man stopped me and started to rave about how great the cakes were.. and, “See what a beautiful job they do!” When customers are bragging to other customers about how good the cakes are… you know it’s good.
My coffee man who is now my husband’s windsufing buddy… says he’ll come in, too.
You are making me want to go bake. LOL

Hehe…sounds great. I have a Foreman grill, but no food in the house. It was raining Friday and Saturday, and I was out canvassing today.

I don’t know the details, I’ve just heard him talk about how his birthday seems to bring out his Bad Luck Schleprock impressions. To which I can totally relate, my birthdays have pretty much sucked since 1986 — not that I’ll complain, since that one in ’86 was good enough to last a lifetime.
That sucks (for both of you).
He tries not to blog on the weekends and this IS a three day weekend. So I hesitate to send out the search parties …
