Ned Lamont’s website was down on the weekend, and there is now a refreshing, brighter look plus more links than previously. It is still laid out with events and press notices at the bottom, so not a sea change.

As far as polls being down, as mentioned later on down by an east coast moderate, aren’t they all over the map for Ned and Joe?
