People keep telling me not to blog about politics. Okay, you asked for it. Here are some photos I took this morning on my walk around Lake Lugano. Thanks to everyone that made a donation so I could afford to take this R & R.

Hey, I could just go back to blogging about politics… 🙂
There are more pics in the Cafe.
Thank you so much. Now at least I can feel virtually “there.” It is amazing!!! So beautiful, so peaceful!
Glad you’re having a good time!
Beautiful! But they need to be bigger… 😉
I love lavender! Does it smell as good as it looks?
yep. That’s from the driveway entrance to out hotel.
dem there suckers. Someone did a big stonescaping.
Enjoy.
Oh, now that’s more like it! Less politics, more lake pix! 🙂
Enjoy —
Go down to the nearest sidewalk cafe, order a good wine and wait…you can’t help but learn something about politics you didn’t already know. And then, you can take the trip off your income tax!
I like the way you think!
Only in France. Here we talk about everything but politics in public; there they talk about nothing but!
Where are all the people? Did they run and hide when they saw you coming? 😉
I tend to avoid putting people in my pictures.
It looks lovely…way better than this conference room at the Congressi….
Another half hour to go.
Those pictures bring back memories — I was there in 1997. I need to take my husband — he hasn’t been yet.
Enjoy yourself — it is such a beautiful place!
As someone who’s done her share of traveling (and emigrating twice though the latter without aforethought, hence I’m here in the good ol’ US of A)..
good for you! Beautiful pictures and wow, how I wished I had my own time there. Sans kids of course otherwise what’s the point in being anywhere?
rest up as much as you can and I hope you can transport some of that back home. Professional bloggers are notoriously overworked and at the end of the day, it really doesn’t matter…

Much better. Enjoy.
If you walked around il lago di Lugano in on morning, boy, you must be superman!!! 🙂
Okay. I’m jealous.
Enjoy your trip.
