    I do.

Back to the old grind this morning.  Looking forward to making some changes in my schedule, though (I want to work a few days a week strictly from home, instead of going in for half days).

How is everyone else this fine Monday?

Working from home is great for being productive — as you well know. I don’t understand why more companies don’t encourage it.

To show Jim’s attitude, we’d need a picture of Finn crying. 😉

I’m back working at home beginning today (in my old comfy sweats, bwahahahaha). Sorry Jim:(

The dutiful civil servant back at work.  Sigh.  I’d love to give up this tie and jacket.

Of course there is a downside to retirement. Means yer old.

Methinks it better to be old & retired than old & just plain tired.

I’m kinda sick and tired right now but that’s a story for another day.

    Just love that image, Andi!

If you can figure out how to bottle some of that joyous energy, I’d like a case, please.

Bebo’s certainly got plenty to spare. And I’d be glad to send it to you — just watching her bound through life is kind of exhausting.

I’d rather have Sniff’s ability to sit back, relax, and watch Bebo the world go by. 🙂

Beautiful photo’s taken by one of BT’s commenters maheanuu. He would certainly be an asset by contributing to the Frog Lounge.

      Very cool!

I’ve been working from home this morning to avoid the pain of early morning teleconferences, but now its time to pack up and head in to the office for a little bit…

Hope everyone has a great day.  Is it really already hump day? 😉

How’s your campaign to get to work from home for entire days going?

First week of the year is definitely zipping by — in fact, it went by so fast I didn’t have a chance to answer this until the work week was over. 🙂

I’m working from home today.  The biggest thing is that I have a writer that does better with face-to-face direction; but today everybody has their marching orders already.  ðŸ™‚

    Good morning!
Safely back in Geneva – also reunited with my luggage when arriving here. United Airlines was never able to actually deliver it from JFK to curly’s address over several days. On the day of my departure I requested them to hand it over to British Airways and have it forwarded here.

    • CabinGirl
CabinGirl on January 7, 2011 at 7:01 am

Good morning!  Glad you and your luggage are finally back together – what a lame effort they made to return it.

We have snow here this morning, but it looks like just an inch.

Errol on January 7, 2011 at 8:30 am

Glad you recovered it. Just like my favorite from those collections of student-answers-on-tests. Q:When did Columbus arrive in the Americas? A:Before his luggage.

Ask, that’s amazing. I would have guessed your baggage was destined for an unclaimed baggage auction in someplace like Tulsa, OK. I hope your next trip is less suspenseful.

Glad you made it back to Geneva without incident.

Hope you can get out (if you want to – maybe a snow day is on the horizon). Here, around noon it looked like we were getting quite a lot but now looks like it’s turning to rain.

And an even later good morning to you, Andi & boran2! Only about an inch of snow on the ground here, temp 12F and the sun is out, if intermittently.

          Good morning, ID!

We’ve head a steady snowfall all morning, and it was so slippery out that I headed out for yoga and turned back after getting a few miles down the road.  I think it’s a bit warmer here than where you are, though – 12 degrees – yikes!

It’s been like a beautiful spring day here – sunny and mid 60s. Just back from a hike at a nearby mountain.
A bit cooler and windy up there.
